Edna H. Stasulli-Padgett, 85 of La Plata, MD died on February 23, 2015 at her home. Edna was born on June 13, 1929 in Washington, DC to the late Salvatore and Giovina Stasulli. She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Pam Padgett; brothers, Anthony, Ben and John Stasulli; and sister, Mary Stasulli. Edna is survived by her (previous) husband, Orman M. Padgett; son, Steven Padgett (Tracie); daughter, Debra Padgett; sister, Anna Rastelli; grandchildren, Michael, Samantha and Madeleine Padgett and Benjamin and Joseph Martin; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 1, 2015 from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM with a prayer service at 7 PM at the Arehart-Echols Funeral Home, 211 St. Mary’s Avenue, LaPlata, MD. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 201 Saint Mary’s Avenue, La Plata, MD on Monday, March 2, 2015 at 10 AM. Interment to follow at the Cedar Hill Cemetery in Suitland, MD.
