Christina Marie Poetzman, 28 of Mechanicsville, MD passed away on April 11, 2015, at her residence. Born on June 28, 1986, in Washington, DC, she was the daughter of Joseph Carl Norris and Marian Rae Norris. While attending Calvert High School, Christina took cooking classes and won Second Place in the SkillsUSA MD state competition in the Commercial Baking Contest, and three scholarships to well known culinary school. She had a passion for cooking, watching cooking shows, and creating new recipes. She loved and adored her son and enjoyed playing and spending time with him as well as hanging out with her mom. She loved traveling, camping, kayaking, and going to the beach. She had a way of making others laugh with her witty sense of humor. She loved people, and they enjoyed being around her. She always had a beautiful smile and a sweet disposition.
