Minnie Bell Custodio, 90 of Waldorf, MD died on May 15, 2015. Minnie was born on December 29, 1924 in Washington, DC to the late Roland and Georgianna Hall. Minnie was preceded in death by her husband, the late Amando F. Custodio. Minnie retired from the Hecht Co. as a Sales Consultant for many years. She was a member of the VFW Lodge. In her spare time, Minnie enjoyed sewing, gardening, animals, dancing, cooking and traveling. Most of all, Minnie enjoyed socializing with her loving family and friends. She was also known to all as Nana. Minnie is survived by her daughters, Rita Shane of Waldorf, MD , Jean Webb and son-in-law Robert of NC; brother, Richard Hall (Barbara) of FL; six grandchildren, Collette Lusk, Bridget Boyden, Michelle Ancell, Robert Roten, Lisa Roten and Wesley Roten; also remembered by 11 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM with a Funeral Service at 11:00 AM (Pastor Dave Huffman to officiate) at Arehart-Echols Funeral Home, 211 St. Mary’s Ave., LaPlata, MD.
