Victoria Catherine Robina Berkshire, 32, of Fredericksburg, VA, passed away at her residence on May 24. She was born on Oct. 3, 1980 in Leonardtown, daughter of Catherine “Cathie” Roberta (Peaston) Welch of Mechanicsville and Merle Eugene Berkshire of Pipestem Place, WV. Victoria was a Customer Service Representative at Quarrels Petroleum Company. She was respected and loved by all her co-workers. Victoria was a mixed martial arts fighter and trainer which she dearly loved. She also held a championship title. Victoria was devoted to her daughter Alexandra. Victoria is survived by her mother and stepfather, Cathie & Ed Welch; her dad, Merele; daughter, Alexandra Catherine Roberta Howard; brothers, Scott Berkshire, John Welch and many relatives here in the US, Scotland and Germany. Family and friends will be received for Victoria’s Life Celebration on Thursday, May 30 from 1 to 3 p.m. at Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A., 30195 Three Notch Road, Charlotte Hall, MD 20622. There will be a Service, here at the funeral home, beginning at 3 p.m. on Thursday. In Lieu of Flowers, a memorial fund will be set up for Victoria’s daughter, Alexandra Catherine Roberta Howard.
