David Wayne Fryman, 65, of California, MD passed away on September 11, 2013 in New Jersey. Born on December 31, 1947 in Charleston, SC., he was the son of the late Carlos Lee and Marcella Vida Keppler Fryman. Dave was the loving husband of Elizabeth Ann Fryman, whom he married in Carol City, FL on May 27, 1967. Dave is survived by his son Jonathan Eric Fryman of California, MD and sister Carol Hutchinson of Tampa, FL. Mr. Fryman graduated from Hialeah High School in 1965. David served in the United States Navy for 16 years, from July, 1966 to June, 1982, serving in the Vietnam War. Mr. Fryman moved from Brunswick, GA., to St. Mary’s County, MD in 1982, he worked at a Senior Field Engineer for the Honeywell Corporation. The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 19, 2013 from 5 – 8 p.m. in the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home, Leonardtown, MD. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2013 at 7 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Pastor James Bell officiating. Interment will be private.
