Linda Jean Manson, 68 of Mechanicsville, MD passed away on March 13, 2016 in Leonardtown, MD. Born September 11, 1947 in Indianapolis, IN, she was the daughter of the late Martha Freeland Hanlon and William Hanlon. Linda is survived by her husband, Charles G. Manson, whom she married on November 23, 1985 in Indianapolis, IN, siblings; Diana Lifford of Charlottesville, IN, and William Hanlon of Indianapolis, IN, in addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter, Lora Diane Berry. Linda graduated from Arsenal Technical in 1965, she was the owner of a Jewelry Store, and Linda enjoyed knitting and making jewelry. Family will receive friends on Thursday, March 17, 2016 from 9:30AM to 10:30AM with a Funeral Service held at 10:30AM in the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home Chapel with Bishop William McClean officiating. Interment will take place in the Washington Park East Cemetery, Indianapolis, IN at a later date. Pallbearers will be: Norman Ziegler, Tommy Lifford, TJ Lifford, David Felland, Terry Freeland and Matt Lifford.
