Kathryn Louise Taylor Cobb, 86, of Mechanicsville, MD, passed away on April 24, 2016 at her home. Born on July 29, 1929 in Clendenin, WV, she was the daughter of the late Hattie Margaret Harper and Owen Wesley Taylor. Louise was the loving wife of the late Kesley Kester Cobb, whom she married in Charleston, WV on January 12, 1946 and who she divorced in 1969. Louise was the loving companion of Vic from December of 2008 until her peaceful death. Louise was the wonderful mother of Kathryn, Brenda, David, Sharon, Victoria and Cynthia, 16 grandchildren, and 20 great grandchildren. Siblings; Eugene Taylor, Charles Taylor, Jarrell Taylor and numerous cousins, nephews, and nieces. She was preceded in death by her son John, her daughter Mary, grandson Travis Alexander, and her brother James. Louise worked as a hostess at Mick’s Quail Inn and was a school bus driver for Charles County Public Schools.During her life she was a military wife, a beloved aunt, nurturing mother and enjoyed farming and gardening.
