John Patrick Hill, Sr. (Pat), 69 of Jessup, MD, passed away on January 16, 2014 in Baltimore, Maryland. He was born March 20, 1944 in Leonardtown, MD to the late Nicholas Hill and the late Flora Elizabeth Lyon Hill. Pat was a salesman. He loved to cook and play cards. He had admiration for the American Bald Eagle. In addition to his parents, Pat was predeceased by his brothers, Allen Hill, Lawrence Hill, Charles “Tony” Hill, Kenneth “Michael” Hill and his sister, Veronica Dunlap. Pat is survived by his two children, son, John Patrick “Pat” Hill, Jr. and wife Kristy of La Plata and daughter, Tracy DeBusk and husband Tom of Hughesville; his two brothers, Jim Hill of Lexington Park, Billy Hill of Partlow, VA; his two sisters, Mary Ann Johnson of Hollywood, Regina Sydnor of Mechanicsville; and his three grandchildren, Rachel Hill, Zachary Hill, and Tori DeBusk. Family will receive friends for Pat’s Life Celebration Memorial on January 25, 2014, visitation from 10 AM to 11 AM with prayers from 11 AM to 12 PM at Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A., 30195 Three Notch Road, Charlotte Hall, MD 20622.
