Alexander Franklin Fort passed away at birth May 27, 2014 at MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital, Leonardtown, MD, son of John A. Fort and Melissa M. Fort of Mechanicsville, MD. Alexander is survived by his parents; brother, Ash, sister Zillah; grandparents, John and Kim Fort, Ellen and Frank Bowles and Jack Chavis. He is also survived by uncles, Kevin Fort, John Williams Jr., Danny Williams and Frank Bowles Jr. as well as numerous cousins. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Rory T. Conley on Monday, June 9, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 13715 Notre Dame Place, Bryantown, MD 20617. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Donations may be made to the family toward funeral expenses. Arrangements are being handled by Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A., 30195 Three Notch Road, Charlotte Hall, MD 20622.
